Each villa has a private entrance and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. Guests have access to a plunge pool and free parking on-site, plus free WiFi throughout the property.

Crescent Beach is 300 meters from the villas, a four-minute walk. Public Beach 12 offers umbrella rentals for day use. Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is 18 km away, and the trolley or golf cart rental are options for exploring Siesta Key.
