Amenities

Private cottages feature fully stocked kitchens, separate seating areas with sofas, and a fireplace. Each cabin has a private entrance and views of the forest, with some rooms offering a terrace. The Monarch Studio includes a private bathroom, fridge, and French press for in-room coffee.

Dining

The on-site restaurant serves full American-style breakfasts, sandwiches, and hamburgers for lunch, with dinner specials Thursday through Monday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. On Tuesday and Wednesday the restaurant is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm offering pie and coffee. Guest reviews highlight the mountain burger as one of the best American-style burgers, and the pies are a must-try.

Silver City Mountain Resort is located within Sequoia National Park, surrounded by hiking, biking, and fishing areas. It is a 20-minute drive from Mineral King Valley and 3 miles from a ranger station. The 21-mile access road from CA-198 takes about an hour and offers a remote mountain experience with limited cell service.

The resort has a children's playground, kids' outdoor play equipment, board games and puzzles, and a kids' menu at the restaurant. Pets are allowed on the property, and the resort provides street parking and free parking.
