Wildlife Park & Drive-Thru Safari

Wilstem Cabins sits within the grounds of Wilstem Wildlife Park, a drive-thru safari with over 20 species of exotic animals. Guests can feed giraffes, camels, and emus from their own car or from the guided wagon tour. The wagon tour provides a bowl of feed per person and access to animals not reachable by car, including bison and zebras.

Cabin Accommodations

Each cabin at Wilstem Cabins has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave, and a fireplace. The Outpost cabin offers two full bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a king and a queen bed, plus a sofa bed for up to six guests. The Studio Cabin includes a king-size bed, a gas fireplace, a kitchenette, and an oversized jetted tub.

On-Site Recreation

The property has a seasonal outdoor pool with a fence around it and sun loungers. Guests can hike on the grounds or book horse riding experiences. A picnic area with fire pits is available for evening fires.

Animal Encounters & Experiences

Cabins guests can book private elephant encounters with Asian elephants Vicky and Cindy, including a spa experience where they bathe and scrub the elephants. The elephant safari experience costs $40 per person and includes feeding, touching, and photographing the elephants. Other paid encounters include otter feeding, sloth holding, and kangaroo garden visits.
